A Surrey business park that houses Formula One car manufacturer McLaren Group has been put up for sale. Arlington Securities is selling the 245,000 sq ft Woking business Park for £34.7m, a 6% yield. The 11-acre site includes 23 industrial buildings and has attracted interest from Slough Estates and fund managers ING Real Estate, Royal London, Schroders and Invista. The park is now used as a service and parts centre for the McLaren SLR sports car. HP Four is advising on the sale.

ING Real Estate Investment Management has bought West Five Centre retail warehouse park in Acton, west London, for £49.5m - reflecting a yield of 4.4% - for its ING Lionbrook Property Partnership fund from Cheshire-based private investor fund manager Lanebridge Investment Management. Tenants at the park are B&Q and Staples. HP Four and King Sturge advised ING Real Estate.
Morley buys £74m BT headquarters

Morley Fund Management has paid Golfrate £73.5m, a 5.45% yield, for BT's Watford HQ. BT pays around £4.3m pa in rent. The 197,000 sq ft office sits on the 1.6m sq ft Leavesden Park, which also houses Leavesden Studios, where Harry Potter films were shot. The acquisition follows Morley's jv with Pinewood Shepperton to redevelop more than 100,000 sq ft at its Middlesex studios. Morley was advised by Montagu Evans in Watford and CB Richard Ellis in Shepperton; HP Four acted for Golfrate; DTZ for Pinewood.

A private investor has bought St Cuthberts Walk Shopping Centre in Chester-le-Street, County Durham, from CB Richard Ellis Investors for £9.11m, reflecting a net initial yield of 5%. The 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m), single-storey centre is the town's core retail hub and is anchored by a Co-op supermarket. It also contains the main retail car park, which has 350 spaces.
