Scottish Widows splashes out on office portfolios

Scottish Widows has spent £150m on two office portfolios. It has bought Macquarie Goodman’s Mill portfolio - at a 5% yield - and Danmerc’s Trinity portfolio.
HP Four advised on the Mill Portfolio.
