HP Four is a UK property investment agency advising across all sectors of the commercial market.
Established in November 2005 by James Bryer, Andrew Mears, Jeremy Roger and Hamish Whiteman, HP Four operates their central London offices at 17 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4QG. Prior to the creation of HP Four, all four partners were Senior Directors in CB Richard Ellis's UK Capital Markets' division running the Shopping Centre, High Street Retail, Out-of-Town Retail and Business Space teams.
