James is a founding partner of HP Four.  He specialises in the acquisition, sale and development funding of shopping centre investments in the UK.

James was previously a Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis (formerly Hillier Parker), where he worked for 17 years, and was responsible for the Shopping Centre Investment team.
