HP Four open door

Four directors who defected from CB Richard Ellis in August will open their niche investment company at 17 Grosvenor Street W1, Chelsfield's former HQ, on Monday. HP Four - so called because all four partners began their careers at Hillier Parker - were due to finalise their release from CBRE this week.

The partners are, from left to right, Hamish Whiteman (former head of out-of-town investment at CBRE), Jeremy Roger (former head of high street investment), Andrew Mears (former head of business space investment) and James Bryer (former head of shopping centre investment).
