Hamish is a founding partner of HP Four.  He specialises in the acquisition, sale and development funding of retail warehouse investments in the UK and has unrivalled experience in the strategic disposal of portfolio sales.

Hamish was previously a Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis (formerly Hillier Parker), where he worked for 11 years, and was responsible for the Out-of-Town Retail Investment team.
